They put new cans and fixed the battery modules. It is a great car. Mariah and Vitaly were wonderful. They answered all my questions promptly and fixed the machine right up. I will go back to them if anything else breaks for sure. Highly recommend them for their excellence in performance and service.

From start to finish, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient, They clearly understand EVs inside and out, which gave me confidence that my car was in the right hands Mariah, Vitaly & their team took the time to explain the issue, walked me through the repair process, and provided regular updates, The turnaround time was faster than expected, and my Tesla now runs perfectly, It’s rare to find an auto shop that combines expertise, honesty, and top-tier customer service, but Auto Carbon delivers on all fronts, they even gave me a keychain! I'm so blessed to have found such a great auto shop If you need work done on your Tesla or any of your vehicles I highly recommend them!

They were very prompt answered all my questions and fixed my Tesla Model S battery very quick and approx half price from the what the tesla dealer was going to charge me. I just moved here from AZ and I was looking for a good place to take my BMW M4 and found AutoCarbon on the map. After talking to Vitaly he took care of me and my car all I can say is they really deliver here. Excellent customer service & extremely knowledgeable, high quality repairs, and you're not gonna break the bank. I found this to be the most professional and pleasant experience with a mechanic shop so far including my dealership repair experiences from BMW. If you're looking for a reasonably priced high quality mechanic look no further. I will continue to use them for all my cars going forward.

Just when I heard grinding noises, I knew my car would be undrivable, or I would further inflict damage. Not wanting to go back to my previous shops because they're either too busy or one mechanic giving me the attitude maybe because he got tired of seeing me and my previous car as the service advisor kept pushing him to finish the job as promised. WTH, sayonara. Early evening, searching for brake repair near me, I got the fastest reply from Vitaly from AutoCarbon. This is followed by another one from nearby. Third one hours later. Vitaly's quote was the best value. Clear explanation of what could happen and free inspection. Got in the next day by texting. Easy transaction. As he opened the shop, boom, McLaren! Mind you guys, this is an enthusiast shop for high-end vehicles. The job was done within 2 hours, including wait time for parts. Nice comfy couch. In and out, just like that. I recommend giving them a call or IM. Cool 5 stars. Definitely would come back.
